Grant Park Place Insulation Video Update

We have just completed insulating all of the attic and ceilings with Icynene blown foam insulation and the walls with a blown cellulose insulation. The attic has 12 plus inches of foam insulation as you can see in the pictures below. You can also see how all the gaps and creases are filled in with insulation and caulk.

I made a site visit today to Grant Park Place to get some updated photos for this blog. The first house is roughed in and looks GREAT! We couldn’t be more excited about the progress that is taking place and how far this first house has come along. Here are some updated photos as of January 26th. Here are some photos from my visit to Grant Park Place today. The roof sheathing is now on and the walls are being completed as well as the chimney.
First Grant Park Place Home Begins Construction
Lot 1 in the Grant Park Place subdivision in Atlanta is making it’s way through the framing process. I visited the site today and took some pictures of the progress. You can see them below.
